U Tun Tun
U Tun Tun has been with the SPA and FMI group of companies since 1998. He has been an Executive Director of FMI since 2009, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Memories (2022) Pte. Limited in Singapore and oversees many of the Group’s subsidiaries and joint ventures. He has held various positions at both the operational and corporate levels, in both SPA and FMI as well as the wider Yoma Group over the years.
U Tun Tun holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. He is also an Associate Member of Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland).

U Linn Myaing
U Linn Myaing is a Non-Executive Chairman of FMI. U Linn Myaing joined FMI in 2010 and currently leads the Yoma Group’s Government Relations Department. U Linn Myaing is a retired Director General from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He served as Myanmar’s Ambassador to several Western countries including France and the United States. He was also an Ambassador and the Head of the Myanmar Mission to the European Union and Permanent Delegate to UNESCO. After retiring from the foreign service in 2006, U Linn Myaing joined SPA as the Advisor to the Board.

U Than Aung
U Than Aung is a Non-Executive Director of FMI and is both a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Nominating Committee. U Than Aung joined FMI in 1992. He is currently the Managing Director of Yar Pye Company Limited and other family-owned companies. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Pathein Association.

Professor Dr. Aung Tun Thet
Professor Dr. Aung Tun Thet has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of FMI since 2013 and is the Chairman of Audit & Risk Management Committee and the Nominating Committee. He is an Advisor to the UMFCCI. Professor Dr. Aung Tun Thet is a Professor Emeritus at Yangon University of Economics, Honorary Professor at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada and Research Professor at Kyung Hee University, Institute of Global Trade and Finance, Seoul, Korea. He graduated with B.Com. (Yangon), Post- Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (Brighton, UK), M.Sc. (Warwick, UK), Ph.D. (Manchester, UK) and is a Post-Doctoral Fellow (Marburg, Germany). He was awarded the Doctor of Letters (honoris causa) from Yangon University of Economics.

Professor Dr. Aung Tun Thet
U Kyi Aye
U Kyi Aye has been a Non-Executive Director of FMI since 2015. He is the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee. He joined Yoma Bank in 2000 and is now an executive director of Yoma Bank. He was also a non-executive director of Yoma Strategic from 2006 to 2015. He began his banking career in 1960 and joined the Central Bank of Myanmar (“CBM”) in 1965. U Kyi Aye is a retired Governor of the CBM, having held the position from 1992 to 1998. He holds B.Com and B.L degrees from Yangon University and a Diploma in World Banking and Finance from the Economics Institute in Boulder, Colorado, USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

U Theim Wai @ Serge Pun
U Theim Wai @ Serge Pun (“U Theim Wai”) is a Myanmar national and the Executive Chairman of FMI. In 1983, he founded Serge Pun & Associates Limited in Hong Kong SAR and eventually returned to Myanmar, the country of his birth, to establish Serge Pun & Associates (Myanmar) Limited (“SPA”) in 1991.
In 1992, U Theim Wai established FMI as one of the earliest (unlisted) public companies in Myanmar. In 2006, he led Yoma Strategic to a successful listing on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST. In 2016, he also led FMI to be the first company to be listed on the YSX. He was also instrumental in listing Memories Group Limited on the Catalist Board of the SGX-ST in 2018.
U Theim Wai is a member of the ASEAN Regional Business Council. He is a standing member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of Dalian and a member of the Asia Business Council. He is also the Chair of the International Advisory Board of Singapore Management University for Myanmar. U Theim Wai is a frequent speaker in international forums on Myanmar and ASEAN Region.

Mr. Jaime Alfonso Antonio Eder Zobel De Ayala
Mr. Jaime Alfonso Antonio Eder Zobel De Ayala is the Head of Business Development and Digital Ventures Group of Ayala Corporation. He sits on the board of ACEN Corporation, Globe Telecom, Mynt (Gcash), Ayala Land Logistics and First Myanmar Investment, amongst others.
Mr. Jaime Alfonso Antonio Eder Zobel De Ayala is a member of the investment committees of Kickstart Ventures, the corporate venture vehicle of Ayala Group, and 917Ventures, Globe Telecom’s corporate incubation vehicle.
Prior to these roles, he was previously Head of Fixed-Mobile Convergence (Product Management) and Head of Business Development (Prepaid Division) of Globe Telecom.

Mr. Alberto Macapinlac De Larrazabal
Mr. Alberto Macapinlac de Larrazabal is the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Sustainability Officer of Ayala Corporation. He has over two decades of extensive experience as a senior executive in finance, business development, treasury operations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking and investor relations.
Prior to joining Ayala Corporation, Mr. Larrazabal served as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Globe Telecom, a business unit of Ayala Corporation. Before Globe Telecom, he held positions at JPMorgan Hong Kong as a Vice President and Head of Consumer Investment Banking and San Miguel Corporation as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
