U Tun Tun
U Tun Tun has been with the SPA and FMI Group of Companies since 1998. He has been an Executive Director of FMI since 2009, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Memories Group and oversees many of the Group’s subsidiaries and joint ventures. He has held various positions at both the operational and corporate levels, in both SPA and FMI as well as the wider Yoma Group over the years.
U Tun Tun holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore. He is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (UK).

Daw Thiri Kalyar
Daw Thiri Kalyar was appointed as the Financial Controller of FMI in 2019 and was promoted to the Head of Finance in 2020. She is responsible for the Group’s financial consolidation and treasury management. Prior to this role, she has been working in the accounting and finance fields for 15 years, which include 10 years working experience in the wider Yoma Group. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration from Yangon University of Economics. Daw Thiri Kalyar is also a professionally qualified accountant and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

U Ba Maung Sein
U Ba Maung Sein joined Yoma Bank in 2014 and is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer. His professional career began as an underwriter with Transport Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas; and he also held operation, finance and consulting positions in retail, manufacturing and Information Technology sectors in the USA and Canada. A native of Yangon, U Ba Maung Sein holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in the USA and an MBA from McGill University in Canada.

U Ba Thein Naing
U Ba Thein Naing has over 20 years of experience in the information technlogy industry with 15 years in cyber security and 10 years in telecommunications. He was a Director, Chief Security Officer and Vice President in various Singapore companies that include NCS Singapore Computer Systems and StarHub. His expertise is in cybersecurity, software development, systems integration, project management, standards & frameworks, data protection, business process conceptualization and optimization. He worked together with Nanyang Polytechnic to develop a Test Certification called Certified Software Test Professional (“CSTP”), which offered a Test Certification Exam which is 80% Practical and 20% Theory for Singapore Computer Society. He also led the team which won the “InfoComm Singapore Awards 2008” for the category “Tools and Infrastructure Applications” for the product called “iTrack”, an Enterprise Project Management System integrated with Financial and HR Systems.
He served as the President of QA Chapter for many years in Singapore Computer Society and holds a Master of Technology (Software Engineering) from NUS-ISS, Specialist Diploma in IT Security from Nanyang Polytechnic, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from Yangon Institute of Technology.

U Kyaw Soe Linn
U Kyaw Soe Linn is the Chief Consumer Banking Officer. He previously served as the Chief Technology Officer and is the founder of Yoma Bank’s IT department. As an IT professional with more than 16 years of experience in customized software application development, he has accumulated in-depth knowledge of IT technologies and extensive experience in local and international banking operations, hospital management systems, and many other commercial sectors. His vast experience and expertise cover operations, programming, database management, telecommunications, networking and project management. The highlight of U Kyaw Soe Linn’s IT career is the pioneering achievement of his team developing the “Yoma Integrated Banking System”, Myanmar’s first automated banking software, in 2000.
Born and raised in Yangon, U Kyaw Soe Linn graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Physics from Yangon University. He also holds a Master of Information Science from the University of Computer Studies, Yangon.

Daw Khin Mu Mu Myint
Daw Khin Mu Mu Myint is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of progressive experience in commercial banking, strategic partnership, corporate development, product development, financial management, corporate governance, and restructuring and transformation for Fortune 100 and privately held companies in various industries.
In her new role as the Chief Business Banking Officer, she will specialize in driving the Bank’s strategy to become the bank for all businesses in Myanmar. During her time at Yoma Bank she has involved in founding of the Commercial and International Banking Division including the development of products and services and successfully launched multiple business units across the Bank.
Prior to joining the Bank, she held roles in a number of significant US organizations such as Freddie Mac, the World Bank, Citi Group, JP Morgan and Prudential Insurance as well as local conglomerates.

Dr. Gershu Chandy Paul
Dr. Gershu Chandy Paul (“Dr. Gershu”) is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of PHH since 2014. Dr. Gershu worked at Southland District Health Board New Zealand for over a decade, and was the Chief Executive Officer for the last six years of his tenure. Thereafter, he was the President Director/CEO of Siloam Hospitals Indonesia for a decade and successfully listed it on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in September 2013 for a market capitalization of USD 1.8 billion. He has over 34 years of international healthcare experience at the executive level. Dr. Gershu received his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Bangalore, India in 1986, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Otago, New Zealand in 1997. In addition, Dr. Gershu graduated as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian Medical College of Administrators (“FRACMA”), Melbourne, Australia in 2006, and he is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.

Dr. Thet Thet Khine
Dr. Thet Thet Khine joined PHH as a Microbiologist and Pharmacy Manager in 2005. In 2010, she was appointed as the Medical Business Director. In 2014, she was promoted to be the Managing Director (Operations) at PHH to oversee hospital operations including building the hospital’s nationwide network. She received a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 1993, and a Masters in Medicine Microbiology in 2003 from the Institute of Medicine (1) in Yangon.

Ms. Tan Guat Ngoh
Ms. Tan Guat Ngoh (“Ms. Tan”) joined PHH in April 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for PHH’s overall financial and capital resources management as well as Information and Communications Technology functions. Ms. Tan possesses over 20 years of experience in audit, finance and accounting industries derived from working in a Big Four public-accounting firm in Singapore, and both public-listed and private companies across various industries including energy utility, real estate and healthcare. Ms Tan is a graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”).

Ms. Angelitta Khine

Prior to joining Yoma Land, Ms. Angelitta Khine worked as the Financial Controller in KBZ Bank, one of the largest local private banks in Myanmar. She started her career as an auditor in public accounting firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSM Chio Lim in Singapore and UHY Haines Norton in Sydney.
Ms. Angelitta Khine has attained the fellowship of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is also a member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore.

Goh Boon Leong
Mr. Goh Boon Leong (“Mr. Goh”) has been with the Yoma Group’s Real Estate segment since June 2017, where he was appointed as the Financial Controller of Yoma Central Project. He appointed as a member of the Management Team in StarCity since Jan 2020.
Prior to joining Yoma Group, Mr. Goh has 24 years of work experience in multiple countries around the world in both finance and operations. Mr. Goh is a graduate from Deakin University in Australia, majoring in Accounting and Management.

Ms. Nwe Nwe Tun was appointed as the Project Director of the Yoma Group’s real estate business in May 2017. She joined the Group since Oct 2015 as the Project Manager. Prior to joining Yoma Group, she worked at International consultancy firm and project development for multi purposed projects in Singapore for 13 years.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mandalay Technological University and then obtained the Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She also obtained an MBA in International Management from Geneva Business School in 2019.

Mr. Cyrus Pun
Mr. Cyrus Pun (“Mr. Pun”) started his career working in the export industry in China and worked for Hutchison Port Holdings’ South China Commercial Division. Mr. Pun joined SPA in 2007 and assumed a leading role in the development of a mixed-use real estate project in Dalian, China.
Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Memories Group, Mr. Pun was an Executive Director of Yoma Strategic and headed its real estate business from 2012 to 2018. His last venture as Head of Real Estate of Yoma Strategic was to initiate its expansion into the affordable housing segment. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Yoma Strategic. Mr. Pun received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics in 2003 and an Executive M.B.A. from Kellogg-HKUST in 2019.

Mr. Jean-Marie Imperore
Mr. Jean-Marie Imperore (“Mr. Imperore”) is currently the Managing Director of FMIDecaux. He has worked for 20 years at JCDecaux. Since 2006, Mr. Imperore has been the Development and Operations Director at JCDecaux China, specifically in charge of the implementation of new projects, organisation, and operations’ improvement. Mr. Imperore also held different posts in other countries. Between 2014 and 2018, he was the Managing Director of JCDecaux Mongolia. He holds a Master of Engineering from the University of Dijon in France.
