U Tun Tun
U Tun Tun has been with the SPA and FMI group of companies since 1998. He has been an Executive Director of FMI since 2009, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Memories (2022) Pte. Limited in Singapore and oversees many of the Group’s subsidiaries and joint ventures. He has held various positions at both the operational and corporate levels in both SPA and FMI as well as the wider Yoma Group over the years. U Tun Tun holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the National University of Singapore.

U Myo Myint Aung
U Myo Myint Aung has been with Memories Group Pte. Ltd. (formerly known as Memories Group Limited), an affiliate of the Company, since September 2020. He took on the additional role as Head of Finance for the Group in March 2025.
He brings extensive financial management experience, having previously served as Head of Finance at Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holding Public Limited and Myanmar Japan Thilawa Development Limited from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, he was with Unimatec Singapore Pte. Ltd. from 2007 to 2018.
He is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Daw Khine Thinzar Oo
Daw Khine Thinzar Oo was appointed as Head of Corporate Affairs in March 2025. Since joining the Group in February 2015, she has held various roles and serves as Head of Property Affairs at Yoma Land since October 2021.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (English for Professional Purposes) from National Management Degree College (NMDC), Yangon, and an MBA in International Business Management from the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC).

U Kyaw Soe Lin
U Kyaw Soe Lin is currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Bank. Prior to this role, he served as Director and Chief Business Officer at Digital Money Myanmar Ltd. (Wave Money). He also holds several prominent positions, including Deputy Chairman of the Myanmar Payment Union, Head of the Technical Committee at the Myanmar Credit Bureau, and Executive Committee Member of the Myanmar Digital Economy Association. U Kyaw Soe Lin began his career at Yoma Bank in 1997, where he held several key leadership positions, including Chief Consumer Banking Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. He was instrumental in establishing the Bank’s Information and Technology (IT) Department.
With nearly 30 years of experience across the financial and IT sectors, U Kyaw Soe Lin brings deep expertise in both local and international banking operations, hospital management systems, supply chain management, and commercial sectors. His core competencies span banking operations, business development, project management, technology, and telecommunications. A notable milestone in his career was his pioneering contribution to the development of Myanmar’s first automated banking solution, the “Yoma Integrated Banking System”, implemented at Yoma Bank in 2000.
Born in Yangon, U Kyaw Soe Lin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Physics from Yangon University and a Master of Science in Technology from Yangon Computer University.

Dr. Zaw Win Sandy
Dr. Zaw Win Sandy joined Pun Hlaing Hospitals in 2011 and has been instrumental in the Group’s growth and transformation. She played a key role in the establishment of the Pun Hlaing Siloam joint venture and led the launch of “HEAL by Pun Hlaing” in 2020. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pun Hlaing Hospitals and Executive Director of FMI, overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of the Group’s healthcare businesses.
Dr. Zaw Win Sandy holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Medicine (1), Yangon, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from James Cook University, Australia. She is also an alumna of Harvard Medical School and a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Management.

Mr. Cyrus Pun
Mr. Cyrus Pun started his career working in the export industry in China and worked for Hutchison Port Holdings’ South China Commercial Division. He joined SPA in 2007 and assumed a leading role in the development of a mixed-use real estate project in Dalian, China. Prior to his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer of Memories Group, he was an Executive Director of Yoma Strategic and headed its real estate business from 2012 to 2018. During this time, he led several developments including some of Myanmar’s largest and most prominent real estate projects. He was also responsible for bringing in international partners and investors for these projects. His last venture as the Head of Real Estate of Yoma Strategic was to initiate its expansion into the affordable housing segment. He was also a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from 2019 to 2021. In August 2024, he returned to Yoma Strategic as an Executive Director.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the London School of Economics in 2003 and an Executive M.B.A. from Kellogg-HKUST in 2019.

Mr. Arnaud De Ruffray
Mr. Arnaud de Ruffray is currently the Managing Director of FMIDecaux and JCDecaux Thailand. He has worked for eight years at JCDecaux. In 2017, as Regional Project Manager in China, he implemented iconic projects in Guangzhou Baiyun international airport, and was responsible for the safety process for design and installation of Asia projects. Since January 2021, he has been serving as the Managing Director of FMIDecaux. He graduated from École Polytechnique in France.
