FMI is recognized as Myanmar’s Second Most Transparent Company
FMI is honored to be recognized as Myanmar’s Second Most Transparent Company in the fifth Pwint Thit Sa report released by the Myanmar Centre for Responsible Business. The 2019 Pwint Thit Sa Report assesses information disclosure on the corporate websites of 248 large Myanmar enterprises based on criteria from the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS).
The assessment not only highlights on current regulatory requirements concerning corporate governance and disclosures including on issues such as corruption, environmental impact assessment (EIA) and beneficial ownership but also delivers the recommendations for companies, government, and other stakeholders.
With this great achievement, FMI commit to maintain its core principles such as Corporate integrity, transparency and accountability.
