As one of the founding members of BCGE (Business Coalition for Gender Equality), FMI is humbled and proud that we are one of the leaders in Myanmar to promote gender equality initiatives at the workplace. It was an honor to attend the launch of BCGE and the certification recognition event EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) today, Oct. 5, 2018. EDGE certificates are designed to help organizations create equal workplaces for both genders. We are very delighted to congratulate again to Pun Hlaing Siloam Hospital for receiving the EDGE certification as the very first hospital in the world.
